1Processing of Metal Filters
Overview
Sintered metal filters of various sizes and shapes are welded. We fulfill many requests from thousands of customers to provide filters in various sizes ranging from millimeters to meters.

such as the filter used to remove foreign materials generated in the manufacturing process.
2Production of Paper Filter
Overview
We manufacture our original paper filter, "FUJIBON". Only a handful of companies in the world are capable of producing paper filters. We offer customized paper filters in various sizes between φ10mm and φ524mm.

1Mass Production System
Overview
Factory 2 specializes in manufacturing filters for automotive airbags and fuel injector valves. This site is capable of manufacturing tens of thousands of filters per day as it can complete a series of processes from iron wire winding, sintering and inspection to shipping.

2Inspection, Measurement and Test
Overview
We conduct quality control of finished auto parts. We need to adjust and control the quality of our products so that we can keep up with model changes and meet their strict requirements. Therefore, it is essential to conduct regular inspections, measurements, and tests.

3Shipment
Overivew
We prepare the shipment of finished products.

Completed in October 2007, Factory 3 specializes in the heat treatment and assembly of large-scale products.
1Heat Treatment (Sintering)
Overview
Sintering is applied to the layered wire nets to form a single plate-shaped filter with a long life quality and no opening.

2Heat Treatment (Recycling)
Overview
Heat treatment is applied to the used filters to remove resin and dust. Then, treated filters are cleansed for recycling.

3Assembling
Overview
We use the filtering equipment to install filters into the container. We assemble our large-size filtering systems, including Jet Filter System, Rhincodon System, Clio System, Feed Filters, and Polymer Filters.

1Trial Production and Experiment
Overview
We manufacture and test prototypes of filters that will be used in the customer's manufacturing process. Each product manufactured through our products plays an important role, some of which concern lives and safety. Therefore, they must be put into practice after careful testing. We work on development and improvement while holding discussions with the customer.

Overview
We are involved in product design and development to meet the requirements and potential needs of the customer. We also conduct research on the application of porous materials that utilize the characteristics of filter media, as well as research on filtration.
Production Management
1Operation Management of the Plant
Overview
This department is responsible for managing the production of entire factories. For example, it identifies the process and location causing a production bottleneck. It also works with other internal departments and external suppliers to create and implement the best production plan.
